At RECON BRAND, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Final sale or limited-edition products marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was received. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as RECON BRAND is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
